Knitwear — Casablanca, Morocco
Knitwear that keeps its shape, season after season.
Sweaters, cardigans, knitted polos, beanies and scarves: knitwear takes its own machines and its own know-how. We develop your styles in Casablanca and have them knitted by our specialist partner mills, keeping control of quality from the tech pack to the final inspection — from 200 pieces per design.

Yarns
Choosing the yarn
We work with every yarn: here is what each one brings, and what to watch.
| Yarn | Strengths | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Wool (lambswool) | Warm, breathable, elastic | Can itch; delicate care, risk of felting |
| Merino | Very soft, doesn't itch, regulates warmth | Higher price; careful washing |
| Cashmere | Exceptional softness and warmth, light | High price; pilling depends on the quality |
| Cotton | Fresh, soft, easy to wash | Less warm and heavier; can stretch out |
| Acrylic | Light, affordable, bright colours | Pills sooner, breathes less |
| Blends | A balance of warmth, price and durability | Composition to approve for the use and care |
Gauge
From chunky knits to fine gauge
The gauge — the number of needles per inch on the knitting machine — sets the thickness, warmth and look of the knit.
| Gauge | Look | For |
|---|---|---|
| 1.5 to 3 | Very chunky stitches, thick and warm | Chunky winter sweaters and cardigans, thick beanies |
| 5 | Thick, visible knit | Casual sweaters, cables, beanies |
| 7 | The classic winter sweater | Sweaters, cardigans, cables |
| 10 to 12 | Fine, soft and clean | Mid-season sweaters, knitted polos, fine cardigans |
| 14 and up | Very fine, almost smooth | Layering sweaters, fine-knit tees and polos |
Branding
Your logo in the knit
On knitwear, a logo can be knitted in — in jacquard, with your colours, or in intarsia for large blocks of colour — or added as embroidery, a patch or a woven label. A knitted logo is the most integrated and lasts as long as the garment; for a small, very detailed logo, embroidery or a patch often reads better. We approve the result on the knitted sample.
Supporter scarves are knitted in double-sided jacquard: the club's name and colours read on both sides, with no loose floats on the back. We make them for clubs, academies and associations that own the rights to their name and logo — never a copy of another club's crest.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for knitwear?
200 pieces per design, spread across your sizes. Some yarn colours also carry a minimum at the spinner, which we specify in the quotation.
Do you knit in-house?
Knitting is done by our specialist partner mills, equipped with flat knitting machines. We handle development, production follow-up and quality control: you keep one contact and one quotation.
Which yarns do you work with?
Wool, merino, cashmere, cotton, acrylic and blends, as well as recycled yarns: we advise you according to use, hand feel, care and budget.
Which gauge should I choose?
It depends on the look and the season: 3 to 5 for chunky knits, around 7 for a classic winter sweater, 12 and above for fine knits. Send us a piece you like and we'll match its gauge.
Can you knit our logo into the garment?
Yes: in jacquard or intarsia, or as embroidery, a patch or a woven label. A knitted logo is the most integrated; we approve it on the knitted sample.
Do you make double-sided supporter scarves?
Yes, in double-sided jacquard, in your club's colours, for clubs and organisations that own the rights to their logo.
How long does a knitwear run take?
It depends on yarn availability, the design and the quantities: we set it in the quotation rather than quoting a generic lead time. For autumn-winter knitwear, start early: yarn and sampling take time.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Yes, we already ship and invoice to clients abroad: samples by express courier, production runs by road or sea freight.
