Streetwear — Casablanca, Morocco

Streetwear that hits right, drop after drop.

A streetwear hoodie is judged in a second: the weight of the fleece, the width of the shoulders, the way the hood sits, the relief of the logo. It is one of the areas our factory knows best — oversized tees in heavy jersey, heavyweight hoodies and sets, embroidered caps — for brands that release in drops and restock what sells.

Fits

Oversized, boxy or cropped?

Oversized isn't one size up: it is a pattern of its own, perfected on the prototype.

Woven, embroidered or soft PVC, sewn onto the garment.

  • 06

    Labels

A woven or printed neck label — or no sewn-in label at all, if you prefer.

Drops

Producing in drops, restocking what sells

A streetwear brand lives by its drops: a run, a launch, then restocks of the pieces that sell. Our runs usually start at 200 pieces per style, all sizes combined; for some styles, a shorter run can be considered.

So that a restock matches the first drop, we keep the graded pattern, the reference sample and the fabric references of every piece: the same hoodie, the same shade, the same drape.

And for a piece out of the ordinary — a vintage-look garment dye, a tie-dye, chenille embroidery — the technique is studied for your project, in our factory or with a specialist partner.

Process

From moodboard to drop

  1. 01

    Brief & references

Moodboard, reference pieces, target fits and fabric weights, quantities per style and release date.

  2. 02

    Pattern & prototype

The oversized or boxy pattern perfected on a prototype that is worn and washed.

  3. 03

    Samples

Colours, branding and labels approved on the sample — which also serves for your photos.

  4. 04

    Production

Cutting by fabric lot, sewing, branding, inspection and packing under your brand.

  5. 05

    Restock

References kept on file to relaunch the pieces that sell.

Before you launch

What makes a drop work

  • Few styles, well executed: two to five strong pieces rather than ten
  • A fabric weight and a fit approved in hand, not from a photo
  • Photos shot on the samples, so you can announce the drop before delivery
  • A retail price calculated on the full cost of each piece
  • A restock plan for the sizes and colours that sell out first

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for a streetwear drop?

Our runs usually start at 200 pieces per style, all sizes combined. For a first drop, focus on a few styles; for some styles, a shorter run can be considered.

Can you work from a reference piece?

Yes, for the fit and the construction: we start from your reference piece to build a pattern for your brand, adjusted on the prototype. Other brands' logos and graphics are never reproduced.

What fabric weight for a streetwear hoodie and tee?

Usually 380 g/m² and up for a fleece or French terry hoodie, and 200 to 240 g/m² for a heavyweight tee. Ask to feel several weights before you choose.

How do sizes work on oversized pieces?

Oversized is built into the pattern, not by sizing up: the range stays S, M, L, XL and the cut gives the volume. We grade it across the range and check it on the prototype.

How long does it take to release a drop?

It depends on the number of styles, the fabrics and the branding. Plan for development — prototype and samples — before production, and announce your date once the sample is approved.

Do you make caps and packaging too?

Yes: embroidered caps, bucket hats and beanies, neck labels, swing tags and polybags under your brand, for a complete drop.

Can you produce for a brand based outside Morocco?

Yes. We already ship and invoice to clients abroad. Most of the project runs at a distance — brief on a video call, prototypes sent to you for fitting, production tracked online — and you are welcome to visit the factory in Casablanca.
