Know-how
The details of a premium hoodie
On a hoodie, perceived value comes down to a few precise points. Fabric weight first: around 300 to 350 g/m² for a classic hoodie, 380 g/m² and up for a heavyweight with a structured drape. Then the ribbing: rib that is too light stretches out after a few washes and spoils the garment; it must match the body in colour and in weight.
The hood deserves a real pattern: its height, depth and lining decide how it falls on the shoulders. Then come the finishings — eyelets, drawcords and tips, a well-placed kangaroo pocket, reinforced shoulder seams — and the branding, often embroidery, or raised 3D embroidery for a premium finish.
Children's hoodies
For young children, no drawcord on the hood: it is a safety matter and, for sale in Europe, a requirement of the EN 14682 standard.

Cutting by fabric lot for an identical shade across the run, then sewing, inspection and packing.

What is the minimum order for hoodies?
From 200 pieces per style, spread across your sizes. Some fleeces carry a minimum per colour: we specify it in the quotation.
What fabric weight for a heavyweight hoodie?
Usually 380 g/m² and up, in fleece or French terry, with sturdy rib. Ask to feel several weights before choosing: you notice the difference immediately.
Brushed or unbrushed fleece for a hoodie?
Brushed for a warm, soft winter hoodie; unbrushed (French terry) for a mid-season hoodie that breathes better and holds its shape. Tell us where your customers wear it, and we'll suggest the right one.
Can you embroider our logo in relief?
Yes: flat or 3D embroidery, patches, or screen or DTF printing, depending on the artwork.
Do you make matching jogger sets?
Yes: a sweatshirt or hoodie and joggers, cut from the same fabric lot for an identical shade, with the same branding.
Do you offer private label hoodies?
Yes: we start from a proven base and adapt it to your brand — fabric, colour, fit, branding and labels. See private label clothing.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Yes, we already ship and invoice to clients abroad: samples by express courier, production runs by road or sea freight.
