T-shirts — Casablanca, Morocco

T-shirts under your brand, made in Casablanca.

The t-shirt is a brand's best-selling piece, and the least forgiving: on a basic, every flaw shows. We make your t-shirts from start to finish — fit, jersey, weight, neckline, labels, branding — for brands, e-commerce sellers, artists and companies, from 200 pieces per style.

Fabric weight

Which fabric weight for which t-shirt?

A rough guide: at the same weight, the fibre and the yarn change the hand feel.

T-shirtUsual weightWhat it's for
Light, summer140 – 160 g/m²Fluid and cool, but more see-through in light colours
Standard160 – 190 g/m²The right balance for most brands, and for promotional tees
Heavyweight200 – 240 g/m²A premium feel and a structured drape: the base of streetwear and oversized fits

Know-how

What makes a good t-shirt

A t-shirt looks simple: a front, a back, two sleeves, a collar. That is exactly why it forgives nothing. The common flaws are well known: a neckline that ripples after three washes, side seams that twist round to the front, a t-shirt that shrinks a size, a print that cracks.

Each has a cause and a fix. The neckline holds thanks to good-quality rib, set with the right tension. Twisting comes from a poorly stabilised jersey or a cut that ignores the grain. Shrinkage is prevented by washing the fabric before the run and building it into the pattern. We settle these points on the prototype, not after delivery.

Factory tip

For a premium basic: combed cotton at 200 to 220 g/m², a well-set ribbed collar and a soft neck label. That is what your customer feels first, before they even look at the print.

Process

How your t-shirts are made

  1. 01

    Brief

The use, your target customer, your retail price, your quantities per size and colour, your artwork.

  2. 02

    Fabric & fit

Jersey and weight chosen from fabric swatches; the fit defined from a reference tee or your measurements.

  3. 03

    Prototype

A first t-shirt to try on, wash and measure, adjusted until it is approved.

  4. 04

    Reference sample

The approved piece, branding and labels included, which sets the standard for the whole run.

  5. 05

    Production

Cutting by fabric lot, sewing, branding and labelling, then quality control and packing.

Quotation

What we need to quote your t-shirts

  • The number of styles, and the quantities per size and colour
  • The fit you want, or a reference tee whose drape you like
  • The thickness and hand feel you're after, or a fabric weight if you have one
  • Your artwork in vector format, its placement and size
  • Your labels and packaging
  • Your target delivery date

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for t-shirts?

Our runs start at 200 pieces per style, spread across your sizes. Some jerseys carry a minimum per colour: we specify it in the quotation.

Do you make oversized and heavyweight t-shirts?

Yes. Oversized is a matter of pattern — dropped shoulders, reworked width and lengths — and of a fabric with enough body, often 200 g/m² and up. We perfect it on the prototype. See our streetwear.

Can you make organic cotton t-shirts?

Yes, from jerseys whose supplier provides the certificate (GOTS, for example). Showing a certification label on the finished garment follows specific rules of its own.

Do you sell blank t-shirts?

We don't sell stock: every t-shirt is made for you, with or without branding. That is what lets you choose the fit, the fabric and the label — not just the print.

How much does it cost to make a t-shirt?

The price depends mainly on the jersey and its weight, the branding, the labels and the quantity. We quote from your brief, in EUR or MAD.

How long does a t-shirt run take?

It depends on your starting point, fabric availability, branding and quantities: we set it in the quotation rather than quoting a generic lead time.

Do you ship outside Morocco?

Yes, we already ship and invoice to clients abroad: samples by express courier, production runs by road or sea freight.
