Which fabric for which tote bag?

We work with the fabric of your choice, depending on the references our suppliers have. The most common ones, and what they change:

Know-how

What makes a good tote bag

A tote bag is judged when it's full. The handles decide everything: their length — hand or shoulder —, their width, and above all how they're attached, reinforced with a cross stitch to carry the weight without tearing. The inside seams must be clean and finished, so the bag doesn't fray at the first wash.

The fabric gives the bag its body: heavy canvas stands up on its own and ages well, light cotton folds into a pocket. A gusset — a base and sides — adds volume for shopping or a laptop. We find the right balance with you between use, look and budget.

The branding follows the artwork and the fabric: screen printing for solid colours and large runs, embroidery for a premium finish, transfers for full-colour artwork and fine details. We recommend the best fit and approve it on the sample.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for tote bags?

500 pieces per design. Some fabrics also carry a minimum per colour, which we specify in the quotation.

Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?

A direct manufacturer: your tote bags are cut, sewn and inspected in our workshops in Casablanca, with no middleman. You deal directly with the atelier that makes them.

Which printing methods do you offer?

All of them, depending on your artwork and your fabric: screen printing, embroidery, transfers, digital printing… We recommend the best fit and approve the result on the sample.

Can I choose the fabric?

Yes: cotton canvas, organic or recycled cotton, jute, linen, polycotton, oxford… depending on the references our suppliers have. Send us a bag whose material you like: we'll suggest close matches, approved on a sample.

How much does a custom tote bag cost?

The price depends on the fabric and its weight, the size, the finishes (gusset, pocket, closure), the printing method, the number of colours and the quantity. We send a detailed quotation after your brief.

How long does a tote bag run take?

It depends on fabric availability, the branding and the quantities: we set it in the quotation rather than quoting a generic lead time.

Can you make tote bags to match a clothing collection?

Yes: in the same colours and with the same branding as your garments. See our t-shirts and our hoodies.

Do you ship outside Morocco?

Yes, we already ship and invoice to clients abroad: samples by express courier, production runs by road or sea freight.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on a CMT basis or on finished products?

Exclusively on finished products (full package): as our capacity has grown, we handle the whole journey, from choosing the fabric and trims to the finished garment, inspected and packed. We no longer work on a CMT basis.

Do you accept tech packs and designs made with AI?

Yes. But AI sometimes suggests elements, components or details that reflect a very high ideal, at times against all manufacturing logic. So we ask you to keep an open mind and to trust us when we explain what can be made. If that trust can't be built, it's better for both of us not to start working together.

What is the minimum order?

200 pieces per style, spread across your sizes (500 for tote bags). Depending on the fabric, the product and the finishing, some projects can be made in smaller quantities: just ask.
